In 2009 my 03 FatBoy was in an accident Johnny and his crew in the service department put back better than new as many times that we've been there they always make you feel welcome!!!
We were traveling thru from Georgia and arrived right at closing. The staff welcomed us in and told us to take our time and look around. They were very friendly and gave us some ideas on where to spend the night. Very nice store and exceptional staff.
Dealer is next to none always giving you top service . Wide selection of parts and bikes. Love that place
I had an issue with the battery going bad in my 2 month old Softail Deluxe. Even though I didn't purchase my bike from Schaeffer's they were courteous and helpful with getting the battery replaced under warranty. I have been to plenty of dealers for various vehicles that act like you have two heads when you are asking for help and you tell them you didn't purchase the vehicle there.
