Best customer service we have seen, everyone is made to feel like family as soon as you enter the shop!
A week before I am supposed to leave on a trip to Nova Scotia, my transmission starts making a noise. Having had bad experiences with 2 local HD dealers, I reached out to the service department at Schaeffers in a panic! I dropped off the bike on Saturday and they get me all fixed up by Monday. I have the rest of the week to pack without any worries. You guys ROCK! Customer for life!

Without mentioning names, I've had to cross off 2 H-D service departments and literally had no place I could trust when I needed help. First time out, these guys nailed the problem right out of the gate, charged me 3.5 hours labor for something that would have taken me a whole weekend, and went the extra mile to make sure nothing else was affected when the inner primary bearing went bad. Just bought my first Harley and I bought it at Schaeffer's. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!
Changed my oil and got home the drain plug fell out!
They have the nicest bunch of people out there and very good atmosphere
