A big shout out to John the rental manager! My husband and I were riding thru PA and saw the Schaeffer's HD sign and stopped in to check out the dealership. Bought some merchandise and on our way out we stopped at the customer service counter and inquired if someone was available to answer some GPS questions we had for our 2014 Tri Glide Trike. John was available and graciously assisted us in seconds. John went through the set up with us and answered every question. Thanks again John!
