Exceptional staff across the board. Charles and Brian are incredible providers, Connie, the receptionist is a joy to talk to and be welcomed by every time I go for an infusion, or need to call and make an appointment, every tech is kind and diligent, it is simply the best medical environment I have ever received service from, can’t recommend it enough.

I still have a headache from my one tms treatment. Your response was very rude. The fact that my insurance paid for means nothing. Your staff was hateful and refused to help. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am with another provider now that is respectful and had up to date equipment. The Nashville brain institute is much better.
