Contacted Scarpa UK to ask about replacement footbeds for my trusty five year old Deltas. They responded promptly and sent me a new pair in the post free of charge. This is excellent customer service!

Hi all ! I would like to share my experience with this company. I bought 2 years before Scarpa Alien 1.0. After 2 years one of the boot cracked in the place where boa system is. Of course the objection was canceled due to the bad customer behavior. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO BY SCARPA SKI TOURING BOOTS. and also I will never ever buy this ski touring shoes again. All I document by the photos.

They'll punch the hell out of your shins even at their tightest and they'll make you really work to stay in control on the downhill. And here's the kicker: Although I've taken good care of them, the ski/walk mode mechanism just broke on me while skiing on my honeymoon in Japan. I noticed the right boot was feeling extra soft while ... read more

First time they lost my warranty certificate, and sent back my boots exactly as they were. They didn't even explain me what was the reason and charged me for postal taxes, although they promised not to. Second time I asked the store to send the boots to the service. This is the end of the second week since i'm arguing with th... read more
