Poor customer service, doesn’t reply to messages.
RecommendedRecently got Spin Ultra. Almost perfect (for me). I have a wide front foot and I usually wear wide shoes, so I had to size way up. I wish Scarpa would make wider versions of their shoes, especially this model. If they did, it would be perfection. They'd steal a lot of customers from other brands, I think. Spin Ultras are flawless other than that, in my opinion. If SCARPA starts making wider toe box versions, they'll become the only shoe brand I ever buy. I ordered direct, thank you Scarpa North America!
Hands down the best pair of boots i have ever owned. Had a pair of cinque terre's for about 10 years before i needed to get a new pair.

Apparently Scarpa doesn’t like to talk to their customers, maybe their bros in Boulder can contact them. Or maybe living in Boulder gets you “bro” status with Scarpa. All I needed was a simple reply to an inquiry about a broken ski/walk mechanism pin on a Maestrale RS. After many attempts at contacting Scarpa they still haven’t replied to me. My 2 year old Maestrale RS boots are already broken (cracks in the plastic boot shell) and with poor only 1 year warranty my boots are not covered. Poor quality...
