Dear Scarpa, I've bought last year Scarpa Neutron GTX Trail Running Shoe - Women's, no doubts about their comfortability at all but the thing is their water-resistance. Couple times I wasn't sure if my feet are wet or sweat, if the water got into the shoes from up (like leaked from up) and I was always trying to excuse it and explain it somehow. Scarpa, I have always thought of you as a reputable brand. Last year I bought my first pair of brand new boots, a pair of your women's ski boots compatible with pin binding technology and couldn't be more excited. I have used Scarpa boots since they were leather then hard shell and several T1 s . This past winter I purchased T2 boots from a retailer in Colorado and I still to this day can not get the toe box area to flex let alone give at all . There is clearly some type of hardening issue with this boot ????? I don’t know what it is but it is nothing I’ve ever experienced . Hab einen super eingegangenen 15 Jahre alten Scarpa Leder-Bergschuhe mit gebrochenem Geröllschutz und beschädigter Sohle eingeschickt, dachte zuerst da ist nichts mehr zu machen... hab ihn jetzt zurückbekommen, neue Sohle, neuer Geröllschutz, neue Einlagen, Leder gepflegt und neue Schuhbänder - sieht aus wie neu und passt so gut wie immer. Bin begeistert, danke Scarpa!
