The woman that was working today (I believe is the owner) has the NASTIEST attitude!!!! When we walked out the door.... she sprayed LYSOL on the couch! I will NEVER return to this establishment! She’s lost 10 customers. I would hope others will not support a place of business like this. Good luck with that attitude!!!!!
What's the point of business hours if you turn away customers who come in the door before you're closed. She was rude to my son when he entered. This woman has been rude and impatient on more than one occasion. I used to have meetings there with busy partners and I will not return ever again.

Not very friendly. I asked the lady’s at the counter a question about a drink and apparently I was being too slow to decide and she said “what am I doing here?” Thought it was going to be a cozy atmosphere but it was freezing cold and overwhelmingly smelled like chemical cleaners. I got my drink which was great, but sat on the couch to enjoy it and the lady came over and sprayed cleaner or something very overpowering on the seats RIGHT NEXT TO US. the owner and I disagreed on the topic of Meridian. I am from here and I read the paper and I watch the news too. I wouldn't consider Meridian to be safe. ( I wish it was true) The owner started yelling at me and told me that Meridian was SAFE , as SAFE as any place you can go. I said I can agree to disagree. My cousin and I try to have coffee about once a week at the scarlet cup. The coffee is always delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant and we can have Bible Study over coffee. The kindness they show is so precious. Thank you.
If you want good customer service DO NOT come here. The owner is absurdly rude. Walked in on a phone call and ordered my coffee then stepped away from the counter to continue my conversation and the lady YELLED at me telling me I was being rude and that she wouldn’t serve me.
