Very rude woman served me this morning. Didn't wanna be bothered. Acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Coffee was great.
Very, very rude lady! Please learn to treat people with kindness! Her customer service skills are horrible. I will not be back!

Very, VERY rude woman working today. She was very impatient with us when ordering and acted like our questions were really annoying her. She also made us feel extremely unwelcome to stay and enjoy our coffee. I loved the loose leaf tea, but the customer service ruined my appetite.
The coffee is delicious, yet the women in there today was very very rude. Very snappy, while we were trying to figure out what to order she would huff and was just very impatient. I had my niece and two sisters with me and she was very rude to my niece and her mother, not a story to get into. In all honesty get rid of the lady and the place will be excellent! Nice little coffee shop,warm atmosphere, all the things a good coffee shop should be.. Except service, ma'am if you want people to come back learn how to treat them!!
The coffee is good, but whoever this lady is that is there today is RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! She was snappy when we were ordering, and then my 3 year old went to sit on the couch and was on her knees barely even bouncing and she starts telling her STOP JUMPING ON THE COUCH. I nicely said that she wasn't jumping and she's only 30 lbs and I doubt she's going to hurt anything. She said "DO YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW COUCH???" We got up promptly and left. My child was NOT "JUMPING" on the couch. I will never return.
