Coming from a big city to a small town is quite a culture shock but Scarlet Cup has made it much easier. I am a full time student and do my best studying with a great cup of coffee. I have NEVER been spoken to, looked at, or been treated with anything less than wonderful service. It is a wonderfully quaint little Shop that I will be sad to leave when I move in a few months.
Have been going here for a daily latte since it opened. Will not be giving them the privilege of taking my hard earned money again. I've been in customer service a long time and would never treat someone so rudely. As I'm putting sugar in the raw into my $5 latte, she proceeds to tell me how expensive they are......I think maybe I'll give my $150 a month to someone who appreciates it.
So Friendly...made me fall in love with Iced Coffee!

Best coffe in Meridian, I get coffee there at least 3 times each week.
Meridian has needed a place like this for years. The coffee was excellent, and the staff were friendly and informative. If you love coffee in all its glorious splendor, I highly recommend The Scarlet Cup.
