On a case I worked so hard on for two years out the window. He never fixed the application, never filed evidence properly. Now my case is lost. Never took calls or responded to texts and then changed his number. Had no idea what he was talking about. You pay upfront and get ignored and just hope he shows up on court morning.
Do NOT use. We paid him ahead of time and he failed to properly serve our evidence as per our order. He lied to us and would make excuses when I asked him for over a month to send me the communication and how he served the landlord and communications with the LTB. He did not speak to our witness that had important information. Going to the LTB is stressful and we hired Scott to try to alleviate the stress but he made it much worse. He never filed my case like he said he did. I will be taking action against him. He lied to me for a year
Do not use him. I filed a report and complaint to the Law Society of Ontario. Experienced same issues as LIAH mentions, and he lies too. If you're experiencing similar issues with Scott then feel free to reach out to me and email me at jj.james.johnson.89@gmail.com DONT USE HIM AT ALL!!!
