Just bought a new vehicle and the sales guy was so nice. One of the best I've had to deal with in my time. Not pushy and knew his stuff. The finance department on the other hand was horrible. Rude and unprofessional, this lady really seemed like she loved her job and wanted to be there. I've never been talked to like that at a car dealership, EVER!! If I treated my clients like that I would not have a job. She was so worried about losing the loan well her attitude lost it anyway.
Took very close to 2 hours to install 4 new tires! Had an appointment for 2:00 and went to service desk after 90 minutes to be told only 5 more minutes. It took 20 more minutes to torque wheels. And when quoting tire prices would appreciate knowing full cost to install. They came in less the fleet farm total cost per estimate but by the time scaffidi added on all the stuff they didn't quote on the phone it was way more the fleet farm!
I took my car in to have checked for the first time and was very impressed. They treated me with respect and was very friendly..the waiting room was very comfortable. A+

Have gone there for oil changes on my Buick for years. Easy to set an appointment, work completed in a timely fashion, comfortable waiting area, price reasonable and service staff friendly! Being presented with s clean car - priceless!
I just bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport from Scaffidi Motors. The sales staff listening intently on what exactly I needed in a vehicle to fit my lifestyle and budget. They helped me compare a couple different SUV's and crossovers, longevity, ratings, pricing and if I should buy used or new. I didn't feel any pressure or sales tactics to buy any which way. Just had my 2010 Ford Escape serviced last week. First, making an appointment was easy and enjoyable with being able to book online. As a teacher, I'm often not available to talk on the phone during the school day so Gena was able to do it all over email. My car had an exhaust problem that they would have had to order a new part to fix ($600+) so Craig set up a cheaper fix at Check's Muffler ($125) for me AND delivered my car there for me PLUS picked it up the next day.
