Recently, I took my car in for a recall. This is the only time I take my car to Scaffidi. I called a month earlier to set up the appointment and said I would bring my car in at 7am and they could work on it whenever that day, but would need a ride to work and be to work by 7:15am. I work 5 minutes down the road and arrived to work after 7:30am. When said I needed to be to work I said I requested to be taken to work by 7:15am, I was told the shuttle is first come first serve. These guys are the absolute best. Mr. Scaffidi and his staff are first class! I worked with Jeff primarily and he was extremely helpful. Here is an example of their customer service. My previous car (not from Scaffidi) broke down. I had to have it towed their. Really without knowing anything about me, their first questions were, are you ok, do you need a ride and will you need a loaner vehicle. This was BEFORE I even stepped in to their building. They are the best!
Scaffidi’s salesman Tom worked hard to find the truck I was really looking for. After we closed the deal he spend time explaining all the accessories that are new to me.

Got work done after collision they messed up my rims on my nice camaro THREE times I always go to dealerships for exceptional service even though the prices are higher but will never go here again I decided to just deal with the messed up rims rather than go back took three months to get three different rims to match and they still don't wow
