Just got a used 2017 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium. The service was great. I worked with Eric Escher as my salesman and he was awesome. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I test drove the car on one day, and we came back to make the purchase a couple days later. Bought a 2017 F-150. The salesman said he was new and if could not answer my question he would get someone who would. He did need to get some help, I liked his honesty and I was very satisfied my purchase.
I had an oil change on Monday, January 2, 2017. I was very disappointed because I was charged an extra money to my bill , supposedly I had a crack oil plug again? I was charged my previous oil change 3 months ago. Someone should notify the person so we have extra expenses and not wait until the bill has to be paid for?What is a cracked oil plug? Don't they know how to screw a plug in? Maybe service needs more training how to do there job? Or I'm getting fake expenses to my bill? Im doing my business some where else.
Recently bought a Ford Edge. We worked with salesman, Jeff O. He answered our questions while we were at Scaffidi's and also made sure to return phone calls when we had other questions. We have bought other vehicles from Scaffidi's and have appreciated their service. This is the second vehicle we have bought with Jeff's assistance. He's great!
Can't say eniugh good things about Scaffidi Motors. I've bought several vehicles from them over the last 10+ years and will continue to. They have always taken care of my vehicles and are always friendly and explain everything.
