The worst customer service by a sales team I have ever experianced. I am in customer service and these people need a lesson. Telling customers they are to busy to work their pipeline is something a customer should never hear. Also dragging a deal out for six days costing the customer $180 in rental car fees. And then the deal they present you with is just outrageous. Thanks for nothing Scaffidi.
Brought in my 2005 Escape Limited to have it looked at by a tech to see if it was safe to drive after being rear ended yesterday. My car may not look bad, but the car who hit me had both airbags deploy & was no longer drivable so the impact was massive. I advised the check in agent of this & said the car was making strange noises when excelerating but he refused to have a tech look at it. My lease on my Ford Focus began last August. Scaffidi Motors went above & beyond to find me a car in my favorite color, especially after I changed my mind on what I wanted! I have had nothing but fast, courteous service since I received my car. They even helped me sync my new phone to the car!
I can not say enough about the wonderful service this dealer ship in Stevens Point gives ALL of their customers. They go above and beyond to see to it that everyones concerns and problems are taken care of! This it the only dealership that I know of that will give out a loaner car that is a NEW CAR!!!!! Thank you so very much for your care and excellent service in taking care of my daughters vehicle!
We had our truck towed here all the way from Mosinee because someone recommended their service department. We waited two weeks and no one had even so much as looked at it yet. Ridiculous! You'd think they'd try to do someone a favor for bringing them business, especially when we could've went somewhere else closer (which we ended up doing, and the guy is now looking at it one day after us dropping it off there). I understand being busy, but two weeks is unacceptable. We are already under enough stress worrying about the cost... read more
Scaffidi Motors is an awesome place to buy a car. The showroom is always amazing and the sales force is made up of awesome people. Starting with the beautiful smile from receptionist, Tina, to the great help Troy Obremski game me, It was a joyous day for me. And I just love my new car.
