I had a great experience again at Scaffidi Motors. Tom Heidenfelder is a great, no nonsense, straight forward salesman. He worked hard and listened to my wife and I to find out what we needed and what range we could stay in. There was no pressure, which I really appreciate. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Tom, and I will continue to purchase vehicles from Scaffidi based on our positive experience with him.
I went in to look knowing what I had in mind. We found the car the was right for me and I love it. The process was painless and fast!!! Tim and Chad were great at getting it all processed. After I left I thought I was driving funny they drove it with me and took care of the issue very timely at no cost to me. Showed me that they do care for their customers and want to to see them back. Great experience buying my car. When I take it in for oil change they even wash the car!
Very disappointed in the experience we had with our service. We have a four page report on services they supposedly did to our vehicle. In the end we still had the same issues we took the car in for. Worse yet they stated they went over the brakes however our brakes failed less than 100 miles later. They also were suppose to find out what was causing one specific issue. They said everything was fixed when we left their service center. It was not. A bad motor mount was the cause. They never touched It! They also stated they d... read more
Pleasant to work with. Good inventory
I worked with John Russell and found him excellent to work with. Did not pressure for a sale, made sure I was taken care and even though have a small issue after the sale, he and the dealership are taking care of me to ensure it is all good. Would recommend him and Scaffidi Motors.
