RecommendedCame into the parts department for a tranny hose with my sons. One of my sons was with me, the other was wandering. My youngest was given a hat. When we met up with my oldest he was kinda bummed he didn’t get one, I told him “too bad!” Just then Mark from service came running out with a second hat! Cool to see the staff go out of their way to show kindness to my kids. Thank you!!
This review is for the Service Center, not the body shop or sales area. Avoid using the Service Center. After purchasing my vehicle from them and doing all my maintenance there, everything including a new tire purchase, at just 75k miles, I had to replace my engine due to a loss of 3+ quarts of oil (out of 5 qt total) after having it there for a regular oil change only a few weeks prior. We were looking for a car or suv that is new, and we tried going here. We said what features we needed, and they showed us the vehicle we would be trying out. Out of the 4 needs we wanted, that vehicle only had 1 of them, the backup camera. There was also an issue with the vehicle, and we came back and they did not offer another vehicle to try and with the features we wanted. These guys are the best around! The sales staff and service department are excellent. All my vehicles in the last yen years have been purchased at scaffidi...except one, and I'm still working through that mess. scaffidi is definitely the only place I'll be car shopping in the future!
