I would NOT recommend anyone take there car here the service department is very dishonest. They wanted to charge me over $1300 to fix my car so I took it to another dealer for a second opinion and found out that the repairs were covered by an extended warranty that ford had put out on my car. You would of thought they would of known that. Never will I go here again

1hr 40 minutes for an oil change and didn't wash the car AGAIN.... would not recommend going here for an oil change!
Loved it when we first bought our car. Salesmen was amazing. The longer we take it there to get serviced the worse it gets. My husband stood there today after a service appointment for 20 minutes waiting to pay, and everyone was standing in a circle completely ignoring him. Then they told him they couldn’t replace a bulb that was burnt out, that was part of the appointment. Ridiculous!!!!!!! Very poor service!

Won't go into details here, because it would take me along time to explain everything they have done wrong by me in the last couple months and the damage they have caused my vehicle because of it...many times asked to speak to the manager and declined , even made an appt this last week and guess what, I show up and was told he took day off now...always an excuse. I Wil be calling Ford themselves , since I have all the proof I need to get these guys in trouble and all in their own paperwork and lies.
I went to Scaffidi to see about leasing a F150 turning in the lot I saw the truck I wanted. I proceeded inside where I was met by Tom Heidenfelder The salesman this was totally a no pressure experience for me. Tom went over all the details and told me about all my options. The decision was a no brainer. I came back the next day paperwork was ready and in a reasonable amount of time I was on my way. A shopping experience like no other. Customer for life.
