I'm sad to say this this dealership takes advantage of people. They convinced my grandmother to lease a Ford Escape and she was paying far more than she should have. Now, due to failing health she is not able to drive anymore. She needs to get out of her lease and they won't allow her to do so. They are making it beyond difficult for my family to get out of her lease agreement and it's troubling that they are not showing any sort of compassion or understanding. Shame on them! It's no way to run a business!
I am not one to write complaints usually, but this dealership should not be trusted. I've owned my car 4 months it's been in the shop for repairs 3 times already for things that should have been done before I took ownership of the car. They lied to me when I bought it. Gave me incorrect specifications and are all around bad guys. I will never own another ford after my experience with them.

Went to say hi ended up seeing a car I liked within a hour we had a new car! Everyone was nice, fast service. Then I find out FREE TIRES while I own the car. Love these guys! I recommend these guys to anyone I would feel good letting my daughter go there alone to get a car. Ben Quinones the sales associate was great, he was able to get us the car that fit us the best.
Great place, price and people! Awesome buying experience.
