you're just a number ....
i purchased a used ford explorer. everything was going great for a couple months until we found a hidden problem of leaking drains which had soaked my carpet under my floor mats, which I obviously had no idea this was happening. i called the dealership twice, once no response and once being told the general manager would give me a call. A decent phone call back would of been nice but i have gotten nothing. There is even mold under my carpet. I would not reccomend this dealership. RecommendedThe teams at saybrook ford went above and beyond for me. I dont have the best credit due to a divorce and a foreclosure on my record due to the divorce. I explained this to them before i wasted anyones time. They were very understanding and asked me to give them a chance to help me out. By the end of that week i drove home in a new truck. I cant thank them enough for all that they did and how polite and patient they were.. Thank you guys for all that you did for me!!! You have a customer for life with us!!

By not causing damage to one of my wheels while getting a basic oil change on my mustang . They did not return my calls and emails. I made several attempts to report the damage . I have been a valued customer for years. Received no return calls or messages. Worst service I've ever experienced. Would not recommend this dealer for service to anyone

Stay far away from their service department. Years ago I took my other card there a number of times and it wasn't bad. However, I will never will go there again. A few months ago I brought my newer car there and they orginally charged me over $400 to tell me they were not sure why I had lights on my dash board. They also charged me $35 to tell me I need a new exhaust. $35 is nothing but turns out I did NOT need it!
