Bought a nice truck from them- CPO, Purchase was easy, no haggle, little upsell pressure on warranties. Some misinformation given by salesperson but nothing overly significant. After the sale everything fell apart, delivery timing wasn’t met, second set of wheels weren’t delivered , and biggest frustration- Sync wasn’t updated. Been on phone w ford tech website (which is very good) three times and spent hours downloading updates for the head unit. We just purchased a 2015 Ford Escape that I absolutely love.Our salesman Donald was very helpful and understanding or needs when it came about looking for a vehicle.
No Integrity. Manager and Service department don’t stand behind their product and don’t accept responsibility. Service dept lacks skill and expertise regarding Ford vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM SAYBROOK FORD especially if you are a woman. Empty promises / smooth talking and they ultimately fail to correct issues as promised.
The staff at saybrook ford is very professional, They definitely put their customer first!
