Don't ever buy a used car from this dealership.
I don’t normally write reviews , but as the management at SAYBROOK FORD doesn’t seem very concerned, here we go... Just bought a used truck from this dealership. NEVER again. When you buy something you want it to be safe and worth the investment. I hope they don’t treat all veterans and first responders this way...it’s like pulling teeth to get them to fix a vehicle that was just purchased. Take your business elsewhere...where if there is an issue, they might do something.

Terrible experience unprofessional on all levels including the owner. Rude, liars and bad costumer service in all. If you’re looking for a vehicle I strongly encourage to look elsewhere you will regret meeting with these people.
Anthony, mark, Guy and mike all helped me out SO much in finding the perfect car. They were very understanding, helpful and did as much as they could to help me out with a fast and easy sale. I would highly recommend. Service and people are great!
I had an oil change done on my Raptor. They were very friendly. The mechanic even removed a lot of mud from the undercarriage for free. I would definitely return
They claim a hand shake still means something, (their motto on FB ) but they don't honor anything that isn't in writing .. Salesman is a joke..very unprofessional.. happy with the deal on vehicle, but they don't stand behind their word...and have found others to have same issue!!.. once the deal is done, they act completely different!!
Hands down the best car buying experience for my husband and I. Arvy and Andrew took care of us from start to finish making sure our needs were met through the entire process. Andrew gave us the highest value for our trade in giving us plenty of equity value towards our new F-150! This dealer does not disappoint. We will continue to do business in the future!
