They were not friendly or helpful when I called and stopped in after being over charged for tires. There was no manager to speak with and you can't get through to anyone on the corporate phone number. The tires I looked at online were priced at $129.99 and after getting home last night saw I was charged $152.99 per tire. They said they'd try to get me a refund and that it could take 6-8 weeks, if the request for a refund is approved. That's completely unacceptable.
1st trip to car x in shrewsbury: I took my car in for an oil change. And I was notified that I would need ball joints. And then I was called and told I needed a new Radiator, I took my car home, and let it sit for 16 hours. And this is what I came to. The front of my car was broken, my hood would not close without being slammed down. Oil completely over filled..
