I have Alzheimer's, my wife made an appointment a week ago to get my truck inspected because I can only drive close to home. She arrived early and waited. Then she was told it would not be today. It's a shame that their lack of concern and rudeness to my wife has cost them our business but we will go where our business is appreciated. We used them exclusively including something minor like this but apparently our minor issue wasn't important enough for them today

Took my truck in for alignment, i installed a leveling kit so I took it in. Got the truck back and noticed my steering wheel was not straight, it was turned 1/4 to the right. I watched through the window, and the only adjustments made was to the drag link (This only moves the steering wheel). The wheels are straight, but the steering wheel is clocked 1/4 to the right. Had a blow out on my trailer, they were able to loan me a Jack and four way so I could get back to the shop for some new tire/wheel package deal. Thanks guys
Very professional and great service. They maintain constant communication and uphold high standards, whether you're there for an inspection or a big job. I also appreciate the WiFi so I can work while they work.
Always friendly with great service! I took my van in last week and they took time to actually show me the problem and explain what was going on. They gave me a couple options for fixing it and it was done that day!
