Me and my daughter went to the LEBANON store looking for a tire for our lawn mower. We knew very little about what we were doing but the staff were very understanding and provided excellent service. While there we watched Dakota handle an unreasonable customer very professionally and represented the company with great care to listen to her concern and insisting to "make it right". Great job and the LEBANON location will get my tire business every time. Highly recommend.
Had a wheel bearing go out the day I'm moving to Denver, they fixed it and then the new one went out and they are staying past closing time to get a new one in and working. Never known a business to go this far out of their way for a customer let alone one that's moving. 5 stars to Sawyer Tire in Republic.
