Only go here if you have time to waste. I had an appointment for 11 am for a simple oil change. 1 hour 30 minutes later I walked out the door. They didn't reset my oil life reader, they OVER inflated my tires and they didn't advise that I should have my tires rotated. The amount of money I spent here was absolutely ridiculous for the service I got. I will never ever go back.

A couple months ago I brought in a flat tire at 7:30 am. “We’ll have it done soon”. Returned at 3pm still not done. Today I called at 10:45 for oil change and tire rotation. “If you bring it now, we could have it done in an hour and 15 minutes”, 2:10 pm still parked where I left it and nothing had been done! Taking vehicle elsewhere. Never again will I go back. Always been slow service. I don’t know how they can afford to stay in business!

RecommendedGranddaughter broke down on interestate Monday. Was able to get car towed in to Car X. We are 160 miles away from her. I called Tuesday morning...spoke with Dave...explained what happen and would need to deal on phone with this. He said, " No problem" They got her car in yesterday ...called me twice to let me know how things were going. Then called this morning to say she was ready to go! Great people to talk and work with.
