Very helpful, very courteous. Came in unannounced to get a flat fixed on my semi and was out of there in 45 minutes.
Hermitage store ,ordered tires on a Tuesday ,appointment for the following Monday ,they failed to order tires. I did get a different brand.
We walked in to ask about some service for my truck and weren't greeted or acknowledged. We waited a while, as the guy behind the counter socialized with other customers. I guess these guys don't need or want the business.
