Verified Renter Sawyer Heights provided us a new perspective on how well an apartment complex can be upheld. Everything about this complex is fantastic. By far the best place to live in Houston. Not to mention a Houston Landmark.
Verified Renter I have lived here for more than a year and have no intentions of moving as long as rent remains affordable. The management and office personnel are personable and prompt to respond and correct any complaint. My experience here has been very pleasant except for my neighbors above me who are never rackingly noisy. They sound like cyclops on the move day and night.
