SHL Is Awful The place is okay because it is convenient and right next to Target. I like that it is by the trail. The hallways and stair cases are always dirty and often have cigarette butts laying around everywhere. The management is clueless and often takes longer to get stuff done. I've asked numerous times to get a metal plate installed on my apartment. They keep telling me it is in the system to be installed but it hasn't happened yet.... Unfortunately, Saywer Heights was included in this crime spree. We have increased patrols, and we a re working with HPD to provide them any information to help with their investigation. We are lucky to live in a community with active and engaged residents who look out for each other
Do Not Move Here 28 cars were broken into on the 6th floor last night INSIDE the garage. And that's counting shattered windows alone, not even counting forced entry break ins, OR the other floors. My car has been broken into countless times, and the management has done nothing to help prevent the problem. The gates to the garage are left open all night allowing easy access to whoever wants to come in. Home Sweet Home As a single mother of a daughter, finding a place of our own, our VERY FIRST place of our own, was almost a terrifying experience, but Apartments.com made it a breeze. I knew what area I wanted to be in and my search pulled up the Lofts at Sawyer Heights. Sawyer Heights Lofts I found my apartment through apartments.com. The site was very easy and user friendly. I moved to Sawyer heights lofts about a month ago and everything has been great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The maintenance request work needed done at my apartment was fast. They do assign parking spaces which I think is great because I don't have to worry not having a parking space when getting home late. Overall, a great experience so far.
Great Units! I would recommend Sawyer Heights to anyone looking to live at a great apartment property in Houston! My unit is roughly 900 sq ft. It is open and spacious and a great fit for 2 people. The staff at Sawyer is very accommodating and friendly. I typically use the front lobby entrance everyday and they are always there to greet me by name! Sawyer Heights Apartments I have been living here for the past year. There has been very little to complain about. Sometimes the hallway carpets can get dirty, but they don't smell or anything. The one time my A/C did go out it was fixed the same day that I called in. Overall it is a very good place to live.
Beautiful, but 4/5 I want to start by saying I have thouroughly enjoyed living in this apartment complex. While the name of the apartments is Saywer heights Lofts, these are apartments. I live in a 2 bedroom with a roommate and the apartment is very big! Its open and very easy to decorate and make your own. I do wish all the apartments had balconies, but only some do. I have had one maintenence issue with my shower, they reaponded quickly but did not fix the problem. I have had to call miltiple times, each time they just cam... read more
