Verified Renter I've lived here at least 5 years (if not six). Here are five reasons people should live here: #5 We love dogs. It seems everyone has a dog. We even have a Facebook group. #4 Management worked with residents during the pandemic on a variety of items. #3 Resident social opportunities (food trucks, other get togethers) #2 For this area of Houston the rent and product is a good value. #1 The location. Spend your paycheck at Target, exercise on the hike and bike trail, grocery, most everything walking distance.

Verified Renter I have been here at Sawyer Heights Lofts for 6 months. A few maintenance issues have popped up as would happen anywhere, and each time, they were quick in response and in fixing the problem. I know if anything comes up, they are fixing it the same day or next day. I am very pleased.

Verified Renter The best things about Sawyer Heights Lofts are there are absolutely zero roaches. Thats hard to find a Houston with the humidity. We live right by the dumpster and still have never had a roach in or near our apartment. The other best thing about the lofts are the maintenance crew. As soon as you put a work order in they are there in less than 24 hours and do an excellent job. My only complaint is that Ive gotten mixed information about moving into a bigger apartment.
