Eaten my share of North Carolina, Texas, and Alabama Q. Overall the best bar-b-que meal I've ever had. Including Parker's in Wilson and County Line in Austin. I mean who serves baby limas like my mother made with chicken, white sauce and ribs. and banana pud'n
The chicken with white sauce is the best thing I've ever eaten, the sauce is amazing! This is saying a lot coming from someone that lives in Memphis.
Stopped in on our way out of town and glad we did. It is rare to find a pork sandwich where you can taste the meat instead of a bunch of sauce. We will be back!

SAW'S is a DIAMOND in a pig's ass! HOLE-IN-THE-WALL, BUT the LINE IS OUT THE DOOR @ NOON! HANDS-DOWN THE BEST PULLED PORK I've ever eaten! Not too much smoke or fussy seasoning. My hands are covered by the tasty pork grease, just like a great barbacoa taco! Can't wait until our next trip to Birmingham!
I've probably been to close to 100 different bbq joints and I've got to say Saw's BBQ is right at the top of my list. I had the pulled pork plate with baked beans and mac and cheese. All of it tasted excellent and I loved the bbq sauce! A must try if you're ever in the Birmingham area.
