Sawasdee Thai Restaurant

About this business

Our second location, conveniently located just north of Crabtree mall in the Pleasant Valley Promenade shopping center, is now open for lunch and dinner everyday. Our second restaurant is much bigger, featuring private party rooms and full bar; however our mission remains the same - that is to make your every visit to our restaurant a satisfying experience. Despite the huge footage of over 7,000 sq ft, our 2nd location is still as cozy as Sawasdee has always been known for, and better yet, we have something for everyone at t... read more

PAX – Food cooked well, I agree Sawasdee has good Thai food. It has more of a colorful casual atmosphere. I come for the food mainly.

Authentic Thai – There is no cuisine in the world that is more interesting, varied, beautiful, healthful, and delicious than Thai food. And there is no better place in the Triangle for Thai food than Sawasdee. Thai curries and stir fried dishes are bursting with intense flavors that meld and contrast with one another. Those who know real Thai food just can't comfortably settle for cheap substitutes t... read more

Great Spicy Thai – My husband took me here. He loves it and I fell in love with it, too. I had the pad prik dra pow chicken--sauteed chicken in basil-garlic-chili sauce. It was so good and I had enough for a little the next day. My husband always gets the spicy seafood dinner (don't know the name). It is spicy and I like that. We also had the fried spring rolls and those were good. I thought it was a little pricey for Thai, but worth it (Lunch was $25 for two people).

Best Thai Around – Sawasdee never disappoints and they offer the same exceptional food and service for both dine-in and take-out.

Tasty Thai – From the basil rolls to the drunken noodles to the homemade coconut ice cream, this place is, hands down, the best Thai restaurant in the Triangle.
