Great place to eat but get there early. They get busy later in the day and then there will be a wait.
Most Excellent foods! I have missed quality foods since returning to this area, but have experienced Savoy, IT'S ALL GREAT!! :) :) :) :) :) I had Chicken pot pie, it far exceeded the SAN DIEGO PIE SHOP. And SDPS is delicious. Savoy had nice big pieces of moist chicken wonderful crisp crust squares on top. Most Excellent!! The broccoli on the side was perfect! The rolls were mouth watering. Great breakfast place and the cinnamon rolls are excellent. Like home cooking!
I asked for poached eggs and was asked for soft, medium, or hard. I ordered medium and it was done perfectly. You know how rare that is?! My son was also ecstatic about his cinnamon roll.
The wait is well worth it - great value and the pecan rolls are to die for!
