Savoy is a Tulsa institution. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. If you are looking for a breakfast place they are open early and the coffee is hot. Service in the morning is outstanding. Or come by for lunch and get great Tulsa diner comfort food for lunch as well. Service is still great. Don't expect fancy, just out standing service and food.
My first time at Savoy .Breakfast was very good.also good service. Cinnamon rolls looked very good may have to try that next time.
