RecommendedArrived in town and unexpectedly needed a rental car. Did a quick search and found Savannah Toyota Rental. The service that we were given was excellent. The rental car team Dominic and Brandice went above and beyond any expectations we could have had. This type of service is not displayed in today’s society very often. You both are exactly what customer service should be. Thank you again for your help in a unexpected situation.

Daughter tried buying her first car. Wanted 890.00 for car to be detailed and said bank charges would be 1500.00 to take a chance on her purchase. she had 9000 to put down. Never heard of such a thing. She works pastime making 15.00 an hour. What a joke! Won't be back. Never recommend to anyone.
As much as I would like to write a positive review I am going to leave my feedback of displeasure here in hopes someone knows what to look for. They wanted to charge me almsot 20%+ for the car I was looking at which was a 2018 Toyota Corolla with over 85k miles on it. And the price at other dealerships is lower than 12,000 for a car like the one they have on the lot. Instead of negotiating Salesman Patrick wanted to run my credit and get me pre approved. Every time it’s time for me to take my 2020 Corolla in for service they are always so nice and such a pleasure to work with! When I bought this car September 25 2019 Patricia was such a great pleasure to work with she will do whatever she can to get you going! I definitely have loved my 2020 Corolla LE !And of course with this COVID-19 going on it was so good to see employee’s wearing 😷 and to see customers with them on as well!!

When I pay for service I expect those services to be performed! What I don’t expect is for a manager, Allen Wilson to try to fast talk me about a new service tech not knowing what the technicians in the garage may have done. I pay full price and expect the services to be completed...checking the boxes does not equal the services being done. Today a Karen (the owner of savannnah Toyota) told me and my husband to leave the property. He refuse to let us get service on our cars even though is on the contract The problem apparently with Karen is that my husband face is all over Savannah on the billboard from the eichholz law firm but had nothing to do with Toyota like he think it was.
