Had a great buying experience, but unfortunately that's where it ended. Made the mistake of letting them wash my car and both times had new damage to the paint. Still planned to use them for service but no washes...until this week I got an email from Toyota saying my car could be upgraded to have apple CarPlay. Noted online that Toyota recommends the upgrade be done for free since it is nothing more than putting a USB drive into the audio unit and waiting. James is awesome!I didn't knew what I wanted the minute I walked in. I spend few hours lookind around. I liked that he exactly made sure I got the car that I really like it. Customer service provided by him was excellent, answer all questions and if he didn’t know something he made sure to find out for me. Awesome patience! Great sales person highly recommend him.
