Sales person ****** ****** is a liar and told my daughter a car without a warranty but clearly said the car had a warranty 60 miles from the date of purchase. Car was brought in May 2023 and I spoke to ****** ****** and he clearly told me in 2023 the car had a warranty. Eighteen months later he said the car never had a warranty, only a maintenance agreement. I would advise anyone to stay away from this dealership because of their dishonest and lying business practices

We spoke with the daughter and Mr. ****** She said she didn't buy the extended warranty because it would raise her payment too much. We would be happy to sell her a warranty at our cost.

I had a appointment schedules at 13:30 today to get my P/S door side skirt fixed I also wanted to use my warranty to get it fixed but they told me my warranty doesnt cover that so they just for part was $464.57 and the paint labor is $130.00 and paint supplies is ****** and other parts is $25.00 they also told I couldnt speak to the auto body mechanic after waiting at the dealership for 2 hours and they changed me to look at the vehicle and did nothing to fix it and they said the Toyota auto body shop is busy so the manager ... read more
I was charged $588.00 for the replacement of an 80 amp alternator fuse. The fuse was $10.90, and the labor was $549.00. I dropped the Toy T100 off Sat. @ !:30pm and was notified at @3:08 pm that the work could be completed by closing at 4 pm. I was not given an estimate, there are no hourly rates posted for labor. They Have Terrible Communications Skills
Excellent customer service was rendered by Jillian Jones-Gonzalez Savannah Toyota Internet Sales Specialist. She was able to connect to right sale rep for us. We had a great experience with Lawrence Phillips. He was very attentive, and worked very hard to stay within the limitations we had. We were able to agree on a vehicle and he did great getting us through the process quickly.
Horrible experience. I purchased a car in September still haven’t got my tags or registration. Nobody taking accountability for messing my paperwork up. I will never refer anyone to come here

Maybe I should’ve gotten another salesman who was capable of doing their jobs correctly but very dissatisfied with service the salesman constantly flirting with me and asking if I felt the sexual chemistry between us. The little guy willie not professional. No one likes to communicate unless it’s something that they need from you then they won’t leave you alone.
