Very poor customer service. My “go-to” bakery is closed today. I decided to call Savage’s for a last minute request. I was told to email image(s) of what I wanted - a simple TWO cupcake white puppy dog. I waited all day on a call back and had to call them back instead after no reply. My email was never looked at until I called back. Was told it “wasn’t two cupcakes” and they wouldn’t be able to do it - when it was common sense it was simply two cupcakes and something I’ve had done before. Sheet cake purchased for office party and it was very dry, don’t make fresh cakes like they use to next time we will purchase from Sam’s, Publix or Walmart

Savage’s is my favorite local bakery! Everything is amazing, but my favorite treats are the chocolate drops, which taste like brownie batter, the Swedish dream cookies and the sugar cookies. They always have fun seasonal shapes available! We have an annual tradition of going for cookies in the afternoon on the first day of school each August. We love this bakery!

My order was frozen solid so we made the decision to get HOT food and return the bricks of frozen food. I was denied a refund by Elizabeth, the owner’s granddaughter. It’s so sad to take advantage of someone during this difficult time. 😡
