I had to take my car there because of the engine recall and my engine seizing up. I did have to call a couple times just to see what the status of the recall was but the recall went through and they were able to get a engine shipped quickly. It took them a week to get the work done and that included being off for Thanksgiving. They really did a quick turnaround with my car and gave me a very nice loaner car for the week. Waiting for a refund for a cancelled service contract. It’s going on 3 months and no refund. Also took over a month to pay off my trade in. Won’t be buying anymore cars from these guys.
