Your service department need to actually listen to customers. My wife brought the cat there, our tire light was on. She wanted it turned off, the tire was fixed two weeks ago. So instead of doing as she asked, your service department decided to do checks on all tires and charge her. Kia owners beware if a woman goes in alone.
Really, really good experience with Mike Kunder and Steve Savage. Made the buying experience great. Loved the car I am buying, and simply GREAT service!
Service department is a nightmare especially AJ the manager very rude and there employees Eddie. Never will take my business here again.
