I have always been very satisfied with my cars from Savage Kia. They take their time and explain everything you want to know. Service Department is great too!
I love Savage KIA. Every time I go in, they are always nice and have smiles on their faces. My first car with them was a used Hyundai in 2011/12 which I traded in for my Soul in 2014. When my engine died out of nowhere in August 2015, the parts department took action and got my car fixed. It took almost 2 months for my car to be fixed but they were at the mercy of somewhere else for my part. I do not plan on getting my next car anywhere else but Savage, unless I move before then.
