Service department is a joke! Workers don’t care about you or your car. Manager don’t care. Not there to help anyone but themselves. I love my kia, but will never use a savage group ever again!

Salesman was great but service responsibility was awful. Will never trust again especially for my first time not buying new but certified preowned. They don’t seem to care after the sale. Very disappointing especially since I had them looking for cpo for my daughter then after my purchase. And they wonder why we don’t trust anyone. We have our word but theirs is not quality.
If I could give ZERO stars I would this place sucks they are not professional and the sales guy Anthony will tell you things are include in your warranty plan then you purchase the car and guess what everything he told you doesn’t even matter because according to the General Manager anything that was verbal isn’t valid! They honestly just want to sell they don’t care about people customer service sucks!! Buyer beware research everything!!!!
