Not only have I had food from their restaurant... But food from their food truck too. Everyone is always super nice and the food is phenomenal. It's a must try in Charlotte

Good beer, better service, and awesome BBQ! The pulled port platter with mac & cheese and slaw was phenomenal! Toss in a pint or 3 of OMB on tap and you're having a fantastic meal. Will definitely look them up the next time I'm visiting family in Charlotte! You're missing out if you haven't tried this hidden gem!

Man!!!!! This was it.. loved every bit of it . The Chicken was the bomb. Turkey was good. But I liked the chicken more. Got some fried pickles. Had to order some to go too. Baked beans wooooo... fried corn. All taste.....
I've been eating Carolina BBQ for 2 decades and this place has to be 1 of the best. Had the pork plate and my son had the brisket. Both were fenominal. Mac & cheese, The best! Redneck chips and pimento cheese delicious. Fried pickles, best I've ever had. They taste like pickles unlike other places that taste like grease with a hint of pickle flavor. Golden octane sauce was our favorite. Highly recommend Sauceman's. Will definitely return.
