Good pork and great flavored sauces. There were a lot of sides to choose from and a number of local craft beers. They definitely know their BBQ. Make sure you get there early as we got there about 8:00 and they were out of the brisket, sausage and chicken. We only got to choose from the ribs or the pork.
Love the renovations. Food was delicious. Both our meats were a little cold and watery though, that was a bit of a bummer.

Great Food, Great People. Watched you guys on BBQ Pitmaster and decided to stop along the way to Florida from Ontario,Canada , glad we did, best bbq we have had in the states. Just one question- when you coming to Canada, lol
Best collard greens I've ever had. The chicken and brisket is fantastic!!
We always enjoy our food at Sauceman's. It was our first time there since the remodel. Liked the enlarged dining area. I have Family & Friends that also like to eat at Sauceman's.
