I was in Charlotte on business. Before heading home, my wife and I decided to eat lunch. She selected Sauceman's based on reviews. As we all know our tastebuds are all different. Sauceman's wasn't bad, however there wasn't anything that said...."go back". The pork was of good portions, hot and tasty. Different flavors of sauces and a good assortment of sides to choose from. Stellar fresh,moist Q..awesome collards,local craft beer. Clean & friendly.
Sauceman's is just super BBQ! Lean Plates are huge - more than I could eat (think lunch tomorrow) The hush puppies taste like doughnuts! They even have Self-service Arnold Palmers! Love this place!
