I got referred by another dealer to go to Koons. It was no hassles amazing pricing and got a fine loan to start building my credit. Dylan was amazing and really nice.

This place is Great! I've had my troubles with many different deals and dealerships but this place is not one of those places, I recommend this place if you what to be treated with Respect and not pressured into buying a car. My wife Caroline and I recently purchased a new suv from Koons Automotive. This is the first time that I have ever purchased / leased a car and not felt a little soiled afterwards! Dylan was fantastic and personable and worked really hard with us to get a great deal on the car, and also was completely honest and open about both the car and our financing options. All in all a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them over some of the other used car dealerships in the area.
I couldn't be more pleased with how much effort Dylan Six took to putting me in the car that's fits all my needs. With not the best credit ive became used to dealerships telling me what car im getting because it works best for them and treating me like I was not worth the time and effort if I wanted to see options. I had amazing service when I purchase my new car here a couple weeks ago. The manager at the Fredericksburg location was so pleasant and down to earth. The sales associate Justen was awesome! Everyone at Koons gives excellent customer service. It's safe to say when I decide to upgrade I will be going back!
Excellent buying experience! Justin Thompson was wonderful to deal with - he provided straightforward and honest pricing. There were no changes or games when we arrived at the dealership to buy the car. He is not aggressive or the hard-selling type, just honest and easy to deal with.
