I had a wonderful experience with Koons. I am a first time buyer and had a seamless experience by all staff. I was particularly working with Justen who kept in constant communication with me even before I stepped foot into the dealership and answered all of my hundred questions through email. The exact car I wanted was actually sold a day before I got to dealer so he searched the inventory and found be me a much nicer one for only $1,500 more. I recently purchased from Koons and I could not be more pleased with my experience with Justen. Justen was great to work with and was the best I ever had at explaining to me all the features of my new truck and showed me great respect by honoring the deal he had agreed to over the phone. I left a dealer in Richmond because they wanted me to leave my toolbox in my truck to trade it in and I have never been asked to do that in the past so I went to Fredericksburg to Koons South and they let me keep my tool box which was full of tools. I will definitely trade with them again the next time I trade trucks.
