I had done business at this dealer in the past and it was lacking, to say the least. I had no intentions of coming back but Dylan persisted I give him the chance to change my opinion of Koons, and was amazed at the transformation!! Dylan was GREAT!! I've purchased several cars over the years and had some good experiences and bad experiences at dealerships. I came to Koons To Find a New car that would better suit my needs. 1. Something that would be "GREAT" on gas {Most important). 2. Needed a warranty and wouldn't break down on me leaving me stranded with my children. 3. Had to be a comfortable ride and I couldn't feel like a sardine riding in it. 4. I walked into Koons and they had just about everything ready except for a few small details. I met with Dylan, he made a copy of my driver's license, and got everything ready for the test drive. The car was pulled out for me with the keys tucked away in Dylan's desk waiting for me. Dylan was cool, he's actually pretty funny but I was straight faced in case they tried anything. Oh my God!!! Dylan is awesome. He is worthy of as many stars as his last name. Six!!!!! Dylan did everything he could to get me just what I needed. From the color, to the type of car, to the payment. Service here is awesome. They made me laugh so much my cheeks hurt. It's not about just selling cars here, it's about making friends and making them satisfied. I have had several car buying experiences and by far this has been the best car buying experience ever. Saturday morning we arrived around 11am and despite all the cold weather and rain Dylan took time to show us the all the cars we wanted to see, take us for a test drive, helped us purchase our selection before noon. Dylan was a true professional all the way. There was no pressure to buy, no haggeling over the price and the whole experience was so fast. I will recommend Dylan and this dealership to all my friends.
I'm a first time car buyer and am a VERY indecisive person. Dylan Six was very patient, helpful, easygoing, and even humorous when it came to me trying to decide what I wanted.
