Justen Thompson was a pleasure to deal with in purchasing a 2017 Ford Fiesta. Showed me several cars and I decided on this one because it only had 28k miles on it and it is very fuel efficient. The payment was also within my budget. Justen was not applying a lot of unnecessary pressure on me and was not pushy as some sales personnel can be. I came into the dealership just wanting to test drive a car. Had a lot of questions to be answered before I made my choice. I was surprised on how Justin was so nice to answer all my questions and be patient with me even though he knew I wasn't buying. so that is the reason why i did end up buying.great dealership all around!
Don’t have much to say other than WOW! Honestly speaking I struggle with buying experiences in dealerships, but shopping for a vehicle with Justen was very pleasant! I highly recommend asking for him, he very kind and honest in the way he goes about business, never once did we have a struggle finding what we wanted exactly and the everything fit with in budget perfectly. Be sure to go in and ask for him.

I had I initially gone to the wrong Koons store and it was not impressive but thankfully I found Holden Boyd at their south location and I could not be happier.
