They took me right away without an appointment. I left the place where I actually had an appointment (the place looked dirty and I was ignored, I immediately went to look for another place). I immediately found this spot. They did a great job. They have ventilation so there was no chemical smell in the air. My cuticles weren't massacred to death. Friendly staff and very helpful! Just visiting but when I return I will come back here.

My experience here was alright, even for my first time ever getting my nails done. I know they ripped me off and the nails look uneven. I paid $50 for "pointy" gel nails. The ad in the salon is wrong because It said $35 for gel manicure and I left the salon paying a lot more than expected. They made me feel stupid for letting them take advantage of my money since I clearly didn't know anything about nails. Hands down, my favorite place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The environment is clean well organized and peaceful I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. Thank you Cathy & all the beautiful ladies at Satin Soles
